This house is the pinnacle of what a vacation home should be. Relax
the day away pool side sipping daiquiri’s, listening music,
reading a book and soaking up the warm sun. Close by is the hot
tub with its great open water views by day and radiant stars sparkling
above by night. If fishing or snorkeling is your thing then venture
out to the end of the dock where permit, tarpon, snapper, bonefish
and lobster await you. If something quieter is for you then take
a nice walk on the nature trail located on the front of the property.
It is conveniently located 25 minutes from Key West and 10 miles
from Bahia Honda State Park. No matter what your fancy, Summerland
Estate has it for you!
Summerland Estate is a private 3 level 3500 square foot home located
on two acres. The first level is a full 1 bedroom apartment with
a kitchen, full bath, queen bed, day bed, TV, VCR and a large screened
porch with a pool table overlooking the pool. The second level or
main level of the house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining, living
room with 32” TV, VCR, DVD, CD stereo, and a screened porch
overlooking the open water. Plus a laundry room with Washer &
Dryer. This level also has 3 bedrooms, 1 master suite with a king
bed, full bath and a TV and the other two bedrooms each have a queen,
they share a full bath and both have TV’S. The third level
of the house is a second master suite with a king bed, full bath
and TV. Plus it also a large sitting room with two day beds for
extra sleeping. There are a total of six televisions all with cable, and enjoy our included high speed internet. It is the ideal vacation home!
